Petition to Restore First Amendment Rights
to Citizens of the United States of America
I am a citizen of the United States, do here by petition the government
for wrongful denial of our First Amendment rights to worship God in all
places in this country. The Supreme Court has acted
unconstitutionally in denying our children the right to pray in school,
read the Bible, study the Ten Commandments and learn about Creation
Theory in our public schools. Also, the Supreme Court has acted
illegally by altering the First Amendment with an exception clause,
which in effects allows Religious Freedoms except in schools.
Alteration of the First Amendment is
not a power given the Judiciary Branch of the Government by the
Constitution.
These rulings by the Supreme Court outlaw Group Prayer which is
Free Speech, also a First Amendment Right. In addition,
the
Supreme Court has acted in effect to establish a secular
national
religion of Atheism, by so denying worship of God. This
action
violates the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment.
These
actions by the Supreme Court are prohibited by the Constitution of the
United States of America. It is your sworn duty to uphold the
Constitution
of the United States, and as an official of the other two branches of
government to bear pressure on the Supreme Court to follow the
Constitution without
alterations and return fully First Amendment Rights as written in the
Constitution
to the citizens of our nation.
